Summer Speed & Agility Camp

The Children’s Health? Andrews Institute Sports Performance Powered by EXOS program is providing a Speed & Agility Camp designed to help athletes of any sport master the mechanics of linear and multidirectional speed and agility.

Overview
Focus will be placed on improving acceleration, maximum velocity and change of direction. Campers will also learn EXOS’ keys to fueling for optimal performance with a Nutrition 101 presentation from our Performance Dietitian. Athletes will be able to apply the skills and techniques they learn to help become more explosive and improve their absolute speed.

On the first day, parents are encouraged to be present for the first 15 minutes and are welcome to return to attend the Nutrition 101 presentation at noon.

Available for boys and girls ages 7-18

Camp attendees will be divided into groups based on age and skill level.

Lunch will NOT be provided.
